How to use
Here's how to bake it:
You will need:
45g unsalted butter
1 egg
15ml milk
240g layered chocolate cookie mix
Method:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees c.
2. Line baking tray with greaseproff paper.
3. Mix 45g unsalted butter with 1 egg in a bowl to form a paste.
4. Sieve the layered chocolate cookie mix into the bowl. Press the brown sugar into the flour if clumping found.
5. Add 15ml milk into the bowl, then blend the mixture into a smooth batter.
6. Divide the dough into 10 even portions. Press the small doughs to about 1.5cm thickness.
7. Transfer the dough to the baking tray, then put the tray into the pre-heated oven.
8. Bake for *18-25 minutes for until golden brown.
9. Remove from oven , cool and enjoy.
