Vitamin C contributes to:
- Reduction of tiredness and fatigue
- Maintenance of normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise. (beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200mg in addition to the recommended daily intake of Vitamin C.)
- Normal collagen formation for the normal function of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums, skin and teeth.
How to use
Take 1 - 2 capsules daily after food, or as directed by a practicioner.
