·       Employees and the immediate families of Boots UK Ltd, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with Personal Shopper are not entitled to enter.

·       The chance to be in the Boots Health & Beauty magazine is free to enter, and only entries via the Boots boots.readerpanel@apteamwpp.com will be considered. Your details will be kept on file for a maximum of one year and Ogilvy and Mather may contact you in that time to ask you to take part in the Personal Shopper Experience.

·       Any images of the selected reader taken by our photographer or submitted by the selected reader will be the property of Boots UK Limited and, therefore, by agreeing to take part in the Personal Shopper Experience you are giving consent for Boots to use any imagery/photography/interview material in advertising material both in print and online.

·       Responsibility will not be accepted for loss, delay or corruption of any data in transit, or in the incomplete nature of any entries to the Personal Shopper.

·       The prize cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.

·       The prize is to attend a Boots store with a Ogilvy and Mather representative and receive personal beauty advice from one of the Boots in-store colleagues and be given products selected by Boots and Ogilvy and Mather up to the value of £200. You will be photographed to feature inside a future issue of Boots Health & Beauty magazine, in both print and digital formats.

·       One reader will be selected to attend a Boots store of our choice in the UK. 

·       When we notify the selected reader, this must be acknowledged within 72 hours. Failure to respond to this email means an alternative reader will be selected from all valid entries received. 

·       All travel and sustenance will be provided/expensed for the individual invited to take part. 

·       Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them. 

·       We will not pass on your personal details to any other organisation without your permission, except for the purpose of awarding the prize if necessary. 

·       The judge's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

·       Boots.com/Ogilvy and Mather reserve the right to amend and/or withdraw the Personal Shopper experience at any time without prior notice.
