How does the service work?• Online consultation
We’ll ask you some questions to determine whether the service is suitable for you. You’ll be able to select your preferred medicine.
• Payment
One of our clinicians will review your answers, usually within 24 hours, and, if the treatment is suitable for you, we’ll take payment.
• Treatment
You can collect your medicine from your chosen participating Boots pharmacy, or get it delivered direct to an address of your choice in discreet packaging. Postage will be free.
Before you start the consultation, make sure you have read:
• The information on the service page, and any pages we link to, before deciding which of the six treatments you'd like to try
• The Patient Information Leaflet for the medicine you would like to try, so you’re familiar with the medicine and its side effects
• The Patient Guide to Boots online clinics
During the online consultation you’ll need:
• To answer the questions yourself - your partner can't do it on your behalf
• Your GP’s details as we'll tell them if we prescribe the medicine for you so that your medical records can be updated
• Your payment details
