Treatment for dry skin conditions.E45 cream has been clinically proven to treat and soothe dry, itching, flaking, chapped, rough and calloused skin, sunburn and detergent hands.
It's non-greasy emollient formulation leaves your skin soft, comfortable and relieved. E45 Cream is also for more serious dry skin conditions such as eczema, dermatitis, ichtyhosis and certain dry cases of psoriasis. Perfume Free - dermatologically tested.
How to use
E45 cream can be used everyday by the whole family, including infants over the age of 1 month. Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients. For external use only.
For application on the skin. Check that the tub seal is intact before first use, then remove it. Apply to the affected skin 2 or 3 times daily. If symptoms persist consult your doctor.
Ingredients
E45 is a white cream containing White Soft Paraffin 14.5% w/w, Light Liquid Paraffin 12.6% w/w and Anhydrous Lanolin (Medilan) 1% w/w as active ingredients and also Glyceryl Monostearate, Cetyl Alcohol, Sodium Cetostearyl Sulphate, Carbomer, Methyl Hydroxybenzoate, Propyl Hydroxybenzoate, Sodium Hydroxide, Citric Acid Monohydrate, Purified Water.

This product is good, my husband has used it for two years
as mentioned above thisproduct is good and my husband has been using it for two years to keep his eczema at bay.

Triumphs over its competitors!
Cannot believe such a mundane, grannyish cream that you'd be forgiven for passing over was sitting lurking in the bathroom cabinet. A brand new pot that some other member of the household uses, that I, yes, I confess, nicked. It was too alluring, for I feel like I've tried them all.
It was such a golden find for me, and for one who's spent too much money to recall on more expensive, glossier brands. At the lower end of the market, this is fabulous and not glam, but boy, does it work.
I've in no way any sensitivity or serious skin condition, but my hands have suffered from ever increasing hand washing in the kitchen. Not to mention all those other daily rituals such as washing and bathing, so I made the switch some time ago. Now my hands improved considerably after using purely dermatological stuff, and I thought I'd found my 'one' in the Simple Intensive cream. But this E45 has just the edge over it. I love the greasiness, or to be euphemistic, richness of the Simple cream, but it lacks the finish of the E45, which I concede, you will have to get used to. The wax within is an unusual texture. At first, I was not impressed, but with frequent use throughout the day, I soon found pleasure in it. Now I kind of crave it like an addict.
Sadly, since I found it a few months ago, I'm looking at the pitiful remainder at the bottom: time to stock up. But not before I've used up all my other dermatological creams that are still good, but not quite E45. For dry, cracked skin, this is so good. Immediate, long-lasting relief. But only if used frequently. This is not a one-time wonder for the morning/night. Use it often, in between washing especially, as a preventative measure.
I've yet to try it on my feet, and will make it my mission to do so. I'd be interested to see if it have any effect there: after all, so many have fallen in defeat.
Totally recommended for normal-dry skins. (One sees why doctor's recommend it.) And why nanny used it!
I can see why this never stood a chance when shopping at Boots. They should not exclude normal skin and focus so heavily on sensitive skin, for it works for everyone. And so much better than something that smells nice/looks pleasing/costs far more.
I'll be using this on my kiddies.
