Implement this technique either before or after applying your skincare product. brbrBEFORE APPLICATIONbr1. Smooth, to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and plump the skin. Using your thumb and index finger, perform small pinching movements along the smile lines and forehead line, then smooth. Repeat three times.br2. Firm, to stimulate collagen and elastin production. Use the thumb and four other fingers to perform deep pinching movements along the jawline and on the cheeks.
