Week 1
You could use your product once or twice a week, applying in the evening every three days.
Week 2
You should be aiming to increase usage to alternate evenings, but respect your skin- if it takes a little longer than a week, so be it!
Week 3
Aiming to increase usage to nightly application, again only as tolerability permits. Last but certainly not least, following up with SPF the next day is a must.

Pressed cream or serum - which is right for you?
Retinol comes in various forms and concentrations.
