The gel contains a mineral oil to help soften and moisturise the skin for greater comfort.
The product fits comfortably in the shoe to provide relief and is washable and reusable so lasts longer than standard paddings.
How to use
1. Wash and dry feet.
2. Place the product between the toes (see front of pack).
3. Remove overnight to allow skin to breathe.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Handwash with warm soapy water. Air dry only. After drying, sprinkle gel with talcum powder to prevent sticking.

Do not use on open wounds.
If you have diabetes, or problem with your circulation, ask your doctor or chiropodist before using this product.
