Boots Sleepeaze Snoring Relief Congestion Nasal Spray is designed to target snoring caused by colds, allergies or a blocked nose.

Snoring can be caused by nasal congestion restricting breathing through the nose, which leads to drawing more air through the mouth. This can cause the tissue at the back of the throat to vibrate, creating the noise we know as snoring.

The nasal spray works by helping to maintain nasal breathing. It starts to work immediately, and the new film-forming technology (containing microspheres) supports long-lasting effectiveness throughout the night.​

How to use

Always read the product information before use.

Apply each night (or as required) as follows:

  1. Blow your nose to clear the nasal passage
  2. Shake the bottle
  3. Spray twice into each nostril

Hazards and Cautions

If you are pregnant, talk to your pharmacist or doctor before use.

Keep out of reach of small children.


Please Note: There is no guaranteed cure for snoring, however our Congestion Nasal Spray can help to relieve the symptoms. This product is not a cure for sleep apnoea, a related respiratory medical condition, where breathing stops temporarily during sleep.

If you think you may be suffering from sleep apnoea it is recommended that you consult your doctor.

Store in a dark place, at 5-25°C.
