Boots Sleepeaze Snoring Relief Congestion Nasal Strips
Gently opens airways to improve airflow & provide effective relief from snoring.

Boots Sleepeaze Snoring Relief Congestion Nasal Strips are designed for those who snore due to a blocked nose caused by colds and allergies.

Snoring can be caused by nasal congestion restricting the breathing through the nose, which leads to drawing more air through the mouth. This can cause the tissue at the back of the throat to vibrate, creating the noise we know as snoring.

The Nasal Strips contain flexible bands, which gently open the nasal passages, improving airflow and reducing snoring caused by congestion.

  • Wide surface for reliable adhesion.
  • Stiff but flexible strip for improved airflow.
  • Hypoallergenic: latex free.
  • Easy to remove.

How to use

Always read the product information before use.

Apply a Nasal Strip before going to bed as follows:

  1. Wash and dry nose
  2. Place one nasal strip across bridge of nose
  3. Apply to skin, smooth sides by pressing down to ensure good contact. Remove slowly (if desired the strip can be removed while washing your face).

Hazards and Cautions

For external use only. Do not use over sores, sunburned or irritated skin. Do not use for more than 12 hours per day. If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use.

Keep out of reach of small children.

Please note: There is no guaranteed cure for snoring, however our Congestion Nasal Strips can help to relieve the symptoms. This product is not a cure for sleep apnoea, a related respiratory medical condition, where breathing stops temporarily during sleep.

If you think you may be suffering from sleep apnoea it is recommended that you consult your doctor.

Boots Re:Balance Snoring Nasal Strips (20 Strips) 2.2 5 12 12
It works but doesn't always stick! I've just bought these for the first time as I'm finding pregnancy is making me snore badly! I'm pleased to say they do definitely work, however, I've tried them for 5 nights now and each time they have come unstuck on the sides by the early morning. You have to have a completely clean/dry nose as when I had moisturised a couple of hours before bed it wouldn't stick at all and I had to throw it away. They are good but I think expensive for only 20 strips, particularly when they are not foolproof. June 5, 2013
May have worked if they would stay in place What a waste of money. I bought these in the hope that they would work and they were fractionally cheaper than a non-own brand. Really difficult to get them to stick down and even when that can be achieved it doesn't take long for them to come unstuck. It took 4 attempts to get one to stick and it pinged off before I had a chance to fall asleep. I'll be taking them back for a refund. An expensive mistake. December 22, 2013
Re:Balance Snoring Nasal Strips Effective but too expensive, especially for someone like myself who has to use them every night! They must cost only a few pence to manufacture, but the shop price is 45p each, or £13.50 per month. February 4, 2014
