What is Plantar Fasciitis?
Plantar Fasciitis is inflammation of the Plantar Fascia, the tissue on the bottom of your foot that connects your heel bone to your toes. Plantar Fasciitis is the most common cause of pain in the heel of the foot and occurs when the tissue on the bottom of your foot becomes irritated. Burning, stabbing or aching pain in the heel & arch are common symptoms, as well as pain usually feeling worse first thing in the morning, such as when getting out of bed.

How to use
The Boots Massage Roller can be frozen or chilled. Freezing or chilling the product 1 hour before use will help if the area is inflamed.
