What is Plantar Fasciitis?
Plantar Fasciitis is inflammation of the Plantar Fascia, the tissue on the bottom of your foot that connects your heel bone to your toes. Plantar Fasciitis is the most common cause of pain in the heel of the foot and occurs when the tissue on the bottom of your foot becomes irritated. Daily stretching morning & evening are important in relieving and treating this condition, this is where the Boots Plantar Massage Roller can help.
