Boots Sleepeaze Valerian Sleep Complex has been created to naturally support normal sleep, helping you wake up feeling refreshed. Our vegan nootropic formula contains a soothing blend of traditional botanicals coupled with minerals to support normal sleep and cognitive function.
With Valerian & Chamomile, these ingredients are known to support sleep due to their natural calming properties whilst Zinc supports normal cognitive function, which when taken as part of your bedtime routine allows you to wake up feeling focused and refreshed the for day ahead.

How to use
Take 2 tablets a day with plenty of liquid. Do not exceed the daily dose. Daily use over 2-4 weeks is advised for best results.
