Snoring occurs when the soft tissue at the back of the throat relaxes during sleep and breathing causes this tissue to vibrate. This vibration produces the noise we know as snoring.
Boots Sleepeaze Snoring Relief Throat Spray works by toning and lubricating the soft tissue to reduce these vibrations.
The throat spray starts to work immediately and the long-lasting formula ensures that it can remain effective throughout the night.
How to use
Always read the product information before use.
Apply each night (or as required) as follows:
- Shake bottle
- Spray three times towards the back of the throat
- Hold for 20 seconds before swallowing
