Note: Before taking a measurement, you need to be relaxed and comfortably seated at a comfortable temperature; no bathing, drinking alcohol or caffeine, smoking or exercise or eating for 30 minutes before taking a measurement.

Q. The measurement result is extremely high (or low).
A: ensure the wrist monitor is level with the heart, ensure you are still, seated in the correct position (see instructions) and not talking when taking a measurement. Ensure there are no other electrical devices within 30cm of the blood pressure monitor.

Q. Arm Cuff Deflates too soon
A. re-apply the arm cuff so it is firmly wrapped around the arm.

Q. Nothing happens when you push the Buttons?
A. Replace the batteries, ensuring they are inserted correctly. (Note: ensure correct batteries are used; please refer instruction manual, do not use rechargeable batteries).

Q. Have put new batteries in but the battery low symbol is still showing?
When new batteries are placed in the device the battery symbol stays lit until the unit runs through 1 test cycle.
