How to use
1. Cut the tape to the desired length and stick directly onto clean, dry, non-greasy skin. 2. Take care not to restrict circulation. Readjust tape if it becomes too tight during/after exercise. Remove tape if swelling occurs.
Hazards and Cautions
The tape should be secure but not too tight as this may cause swelling or affect circulation. If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use. If the injury is severe or if in any doubt, seek medical advice immediately. If no improvement is seen within 72 hours, seek medical advice. Do not use after expiry date - see base. Do not reuse. Keep out of sight and reach of children.
