Our expertly developed Boots Good Gut range is designed to give you a helping hand to create a healthy gut environment, because we believe wellness really does start in the gut.
Boots Good Gut lactase enzyme improves lactose digestion in individuals who have difficulty digesting lactose. It is not suitable for those with milk or dairy allergies.
Lactose is a sugar found in milk. Our bodies digest lactose using a digestive enzyme called lactase, but some people naturally don't produce enough of it. When taken half an hour before a meal containing lactose, Boots Good Gut lactase enzyme can help you can enjoy your favourite dairy foods again, without the ill effects

How to use
Take 1 tablet with plenty of liquid, 30 minutes before consuming food containing lactose. Up to 2 tablets per day. Do not exceed the daily dose.
