Boots Gel Heel Cushions use an advanced gel system combined with foam layers to provide comfort under the heel. The cushion responds to the effects of pressure during walking, absorbing shocks in order to help protect sensitive pressure points. The help plug can be removed when additional pressure relief for painful heel spurs is required. A long lasting heel cushion, the product is transferable between shoes and is washable.

How to use

Remove gel backing paper. Place heel pad into heel of shoe with the gel against the shoe.

If you have diabetes, or problems with your circulation, ask your doctor or chiropodist before using this product.

If irritation or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice.
