- Vitamins B6, B12 & C to help reduce tiredness and fatigue
- Vitamin B12 & C supporting energy release
- Folic Acid to support maternal tissue growth during pregnancy
The UK Department of Health and Social Care, recommends you take a daily supplement containing 400µg Folic Acid while pregnant. Low maternal folate status is a risk factor in the development of neural tube defects in the developing baby.
