How to use
Directions for use: After expressing, remove a storage bag from the pack and make a note of the time and date of expressing the milk. This will help ensure you use older milk first. Other details such as amount of milk can also be recorded. Please note that the graduations on the bags are for guidance only - for accurate measurements please use a sterile feeding bottle that complies with EN14350 or a more accurate measuring device. Open the bag by carefully tearing or cutting with clean scissors above the zip closure and dispose of the excess plastic carefully. Open the seal and pour the freshly expressed breast milk into the bag. Before sealing, expel as much air as possible. Storing: place the bag in the fridge or freezer. For best results, keep the bag upright until the milk has frozen. Liquids expand when frozen - do not fill beyond the 180ml mark. Breast milk can be stored in the fridge (at 4°C or lower) for up to 5 days, in the ice compartment of the fridge for up to 2 weeks and in the deep freeze for up to 6 months.
