How to use
After ringing out excess water, massage Blue Crush shampoo into damp hair. Immediately wash hands after applying. Leave on 2-3 minutes. Rinse well. For more intense results & to fight stubborn brassiness, leave shampoo on hair up to 5 minutes. Use daily until desired level of toning is reached. Once you’ve reached your ideal tone, alternate Blue Crush Shampoo with your other favourite John Frieda shampoo to maintain your results.
