How to use

Mix 1 scoop (12g) with 100-200ml of water, fruit juice or add to your favourite hot drink. Simply stir and consume. Use 1-2 times daily preferably with breakfast or after exercise.

Helpful Tip: Mixing Marine Collagen with room-temperature water may improve mixability.
