Applied Nutrition Hydration Tablets Orange 20 x 4g
Applied Nutrition Hydration Tablets are a practical solution to ensure hydration without the calories. They can also be taken post activity to replenish water loss through sweating.
These refreshing, orange flavoured electrolytes quickly dissolve in water to provide a fast-acting hydration solution. Simply add one effervescent tablet into water and consume pre, during activity/exercise.

How to use
Add one tablet (4g) to 500ml of water and let it dissolve. Once prepared, consume within 24 hours.
Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of the reach of children.
