Step 1

Register your interest with the pharmacy team in your local Boots store. You may wish to take advantage of our Free Repeat Prescription Service. If so complete a registration form in store.*

Step 2

Agree a date when you would like to start on the free Boots Medisure service and we will ask you a few questions regarding your current medication.

Step 3

Leave the rest to us and we'll arrange to make Boots Medisure available to you or the person you care for on the agreed date.
