The Ultimate Pub Quiz
A version of the classic team quiz game that you can play at home.
Tin includes working spinner, 200x quiz cards with 400x questions, a dry wipe pen and full gameplay.
How to use
Aim of the game:
To score more points than any other player or team
Before you begin:
Shuffle the cards and plan them into the corresponding card holders with the side you wish to play facing forwards
Players should decide if they wish to play individually or as teams. There should be a minimum of 3 players/teams and a maximum of 7 players/teams
Each team should choose a team name and write it onto the scoreboard on the back of the tin using the dry wipe pen
Players should agree how many questions will be included in the game. We suggest 20, but you choose to include less questions for a short game or more questions for a long game
How to Play
The team with the youngest player should start. This team should nominate one of their players to spin the spinner on the front of the tin. The player should then take the front card from the corresponding card holder. If the spinner lands on ? they may choose any question category.
The player should read the question on the front of the card to all other players, being careful not to display the answer on the back of the card to other players.
All players, excluding the player reading the question have one chance to answer the question correctly. Players first answers will be taken as their final answers. The player to correctly call out the answer to the question wins one point for their team. They should add one mark to their tally on the back of the tin using the dry wipe pen.
It is then the turn of the team to the left to spin the spinner and repeat the above game play for the next round
When the agreed number of questions have been played, players should tally their scores. The team with the highest score wins the game!
