Parissa Strip-Free Hot Wax 120g
bizarre and complicated
I have used peel-off waxes at home many times before and tried a few brands - the one I normally use seems to have been discontinued so I thought I'd try this.
I assumed it would be microwaveable but it comes in a small metal dish with a long handle, that you have to heat over an open flame (!), and then it sets again really quickly so I had to have a candle to hand whilst trying to wax. I gave up half way through and went to a beauty salon.
Home waxing is so much cheaper than going to a salon which is why I do it, but this is not worth the hassle.

parissa hot wax
I have been waxing for over 20 years & this is the best wax I've used. The only probelm is that the refills & the unit to warm the wax can only be purchased from America! as far as I can tell. Come on Boots if you are selling it don't just sell halve of it, unless you already do & I haven't found it!

It is a brilliant product it comes in a little metal container you can put on the stove but the amount you get goes nowhere. I love the novel way of heating it and the oil to remove the wax comes in a little glass test tube it is really cute.
