Nip+Fab Glycolic Fix Mask 50ml
Not at all suitable
I bought this mask a week ago after searching for an inexpensive alternatice to my REN one. I have normal, not at all sensitive skin and have never reacted to a product EVER. I used it this morning for the first time as directed all over my face (except chin as I have a breakout). I waited 10 minutes and rinsed it off, only to discover my face was bright red and hot in the areas I applied it. Apart from the redness, my skin does not look like its improved at all (it is usually noticeably more radiant/healthy looking after using similar products). I have used glycolic acid masks in the past with no problems, so it must be an ingredient specific to this mask. I wouldn't recommmend this product, but if you were to buy it I would strongly suggest doing a patch test before hand.

Face masks usually leave my skin feeling slightly cleansed or slightly moisturised, and that's about it. This isn't a bad thing, but I've always wanted them to do more. Enter this mask. After using it, my skin is left feeling so smooth, and my pores are a lot smaller. These results last for the next day or two, which also makes my makeup apply better. I don't think it necessarily brightens or evens my skin tone, but it does great things for my pores. It's the first product I've tried from the brand, and has made me want to try more.

Leaves Redness and Burning
I usually love the Nip and Fab Glycolic Fix range- I have used the scrub and the serum with no problems at all, and so I thought I'd give this product a go. I applied it just as directed, and it started to feel a little warm, I went to wash it off where I discovered that my face was bright red (with a visible line separating my skin and the red areas where I had applied the mask) and it felt red hot and painful! I sat there with yogurt over my face to try and make the redness/burning go down! So sad as I thought this would really work- it might work for some people but definitely did not work for me! I thought I'd treat myself to the mask (I'm a student) but it has not been a success!
