You can't tell how healthy you are by looking in the mirror or getting on the scales, but you can predict that long-term, serious ill health may come as a result of being overweight.

Your BMI (Body Mass Index) is an indication whether your current weight could increase your risks of developing diseases such as heart disease and certain forms of cancer.

Step 1 - All you need to do is answer a few questions honestly and accurately. This shouldn’t take longer than ten minutes to complete.

Step 2 - These simple questions cover areas such as ‘how much you weigh’ and your body measurements (such as your height and your waist size).

Step 3 - We’ll analyse this information and, if you need it, give you some advice to help get you on the road to better health.

Step 4 - We can also help you set some goals to improve your fitness. (For this we will ask you to login to Boots.com, but don’t worry if you don’t have a login, you can create one later.)
