Vitabiotics Omega-3 Liquid provides a pure, pharma grade source of DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid), as well as vitamin D3 and natural vitamin E.

Omega-3 fatty acids are essential in the diet because although they can be made in the body, their conversion from other fatty acids is not very efficient. Vitabiotics Omega-3 Liquid may help maintain a fit and healthy body including brain function and vision.

From Sustainable Fisheries: Vitabiotics’ Fish Oil only comes from sustainable fisheries in highly regulated, clean sea environments, using wild fish varieties which are not endangered. Fishing never occurs in peak spawning seasons. Omega-3 Liquid is dolphin friendly, and approved fishing methods ensure a minimum fish size so that smaller, younger fish may escape.

How to Use

Children 5-12 years: 2.5ml (1/2 teaspoonful daily)

Adults: 5ml (1 teaspoonful daily)

Can be taken on its own, followed by a sip of any drink or if preferred mixed with milk or orange juice.

Do not exceed the recommended intake.

Hazards and Cautions

As with other supplements, seek professional advice before using if you are under medical supervision, suffer from food allergies or are allergic to fish or fish products.

Food supplements must not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

If you are taking oral anti-coagulants (e.g. warfarin) consult your doctor or pharmacist before using this product.
