If you've already registered your Advantage Card details online, you can then update your personal details by following the steps below.
You can visit one of our Advantage Card Extra Offers Kiosks in store to update your personal details.
Simply insert your Advantage Card and follow the instructions on screen.
Your nearest Advantage Card Extra Offers Kiosk can be found using the Store Locator.
Simply type in your post code, select the Extra Offers Kiosk option and click on "Find" to see your nearest store with an Advantage Card Extra Offers Kiosk.
If you want to speak to someone about updating your details you can call the Advantage Card team on 0845 124 4545*.
If you change your name we can arrange for it to be printed on a new Advantage Card for you.
Just follow the online steps above
If you choose to have a new card you will not be able to use your old card to spend your points. However, you can still collect points in store and on Boots.com while waiting for your new Advantage Card to arrive.** We will automatically transfer the points from your old card to your new card.
For all changes to your personal details other than changing your name, we'll simply update our records and you can keep using your current Advantage Card.

** Points are not available on prescription items, infant milks (up to six months), gift vouchers/cards, postage stamps, Boots Hearingcare, Boots Insurance (excluding travel insurance) and travel services (excluding travel money). Online points are not available on gift boxes and delivery charges.
