How to Use
• Apply 15 minutes before going into the sun, reapply when in the sun and then every 1-2 hours and always after swimming or towelling.
Hazards and Cautions
• Avoid sun between 11 and 3.
• Over exposure to the sun is a serious health threat. Seek shade and cover up.
• Avoid contact with eyes and fabrics.
• Boots recommends using a factor 15 and above.

This spray is fantastic. I have used it on my son who is very fair skinned for the past 3 years and he has never burned once. It always comes on bogof every year but i would still buy it anyway. Definately a holiday essential.
