Introducing our brand new range of evening ready meals - Shapers Food For Later. Our delicious main courses, sides and desserts are perfect for when you're too busy to cook but still want to eat healthily and have a calorie-counted evening meal.
The Shapers that you already know is our lunchtime range. Shapers Food For Later has been created to be warmed up in the microwave - perfect piping hot goodness for when you get home from a hard day's work.
Have you ever rushed home from work, had a quick spruce-up for a night out and then realised there's no time to eat, so you've just grabbed a choc bar and crisps? That's where Shapers Food For Later is the superhero of speedy meals. Pick up your meal at lunchtime or after work, and just pop it in the microwave when you get home. 'Bing' - that's the sound of taste heaven - the quick way.
Because we know most people like to make their evening meal the main meal of the day, Shapers Food For Later main meals are more substantial than our lunch menu, with each main dish coming in at 400 calories or less. It's amazing what you can have for 400 calories or less, for example, Salmon, Prawn & Haddock Pie, Red Thai Jungle Vegetable Curry & Jasmine Rice, even Chicken Tikka Masala & Pilau Rice. Tempting isn't it...
You can still add a side dish or a dessert to your meal for it to total 500 calories or less, so what's it going to be? If you fancy going savoury, we've got tasty veg choices to add to your 5-a-day tally. 'Go green' by adding Peas with Minted Butter or our Greek Salad with Classic Vinaigrette, or for a more colourful evening there's Rainbow Vegetables.
If your sweet tooth is tingling you'll be pleased to know there's no guilt attached to our fruitalicious Raspberry Jelly topped with strawberry, grape and blueberry, or our Fruit & Dip with its pineapple, melon and strawberry just waiting to be dunked into the mouth-watering raspberry dip.
With each dessert being a well-behaved 100 calories or less, it looks like you'll just have to find your own way to indulge your naughty side...

All Shapers food has no artificial colours, no artificial flavours and no hydrogenated fats and have all been developed paying careful attention to the latest government guidelines on recommended intakes of fat, saturated fat, salt and sugars.
