The best ever :D

This is the best product ever, i love it! It draws on prfectly and stays on all day. Its the best item in my makeup box... If you have thin or fair eyebrows i totally recomend it x

Rimmel Eyebrow Pencil

Having used this particular product from the range for some time now- it does the job at a great price. I'm asian and the Dark Brown is perfect. However i have noticed that the design has changed recently - disappointed as the eyebrow brush (the pencil top also doubles up as a brush) is not as soft and does not comb brows as well as before. This product was a 5 star but i am sorry to say its now a 3 star.
