Boots Travel Kettle (item code 59-03-718)

As part of our ongoing quality-monitoring programme we've discovered a problem with this product. We've found that under certain conditions the switch can develop a fault allowing the kettle to boil longer than expected, so as a precautionary measure, we're recalling this product from our customers.

The safety and wellbeing of all our customers is very important to us so we're asking you stop using the kettle immediately. Please return it to your nearest Boots store where we'll offer you another product or a full refund.

As part of our ongoing quality-monitoring programme we've discovered aproblem with this product. We've found that under certain conditions the internalmotor of the dryer can develop a fault allowing pieces of plastic to fall from the nozzle of dryer in use. So, as a precautionary measure, we're recalling this product from our customers.

The safety and wellbeing of all our customers is very important to us so we're asking that if you've bought this dryer since October 2010 please stop using the dryer immediately. Please return it to your nearest Boots store where we'll offer you an alternative product or a full refund.

Church & Dwight UK LTD have brought to our attention that two batches of St?rimar – Isotonic 100ml, a natural isotonic sea water nasal spray, has had to be quarantined as it's unsuitable for sale. These batches (FE1248b and FE1249) may contain some microbiological contamination, which would have no impact for the majority of users. It could cause some users (for example, those who have had nasal or sinus surgery or who have a weaker immune system) to experience symptoms, which may lead to seeking medical advice.

As Boots and Church & Dwight UK LTD consider the health and safety of customers our number one priority, we've taken the decision to recall the affected batches immediately.

The only batch numbers affected are FE1248b and FE1249 of St?rimar – Isotonic 100ml.

Please return this to any Boots store, at your earliest convenience, where our people in store will happily offer an exchange, for an alternative product, or a full refund.

As part of our ongoing quality monitoring programme we've identified a problem with the above product. In a very small number of cases it has been found that an incorrect formulation is in the tube. The comfort and wellbeing of our customers is very important to us so we're asking you to stop using any affected product immediately and return it to your nearest Boots store where you'll receive an exchange, alternative product or a refund.

To check if you've any of the affected batch you'll find the code embossed on the crimp at the end of the tube. The batch number is imprinted into the plastic although it might be difficult to see. If the code is 1KK, then please return the tube to us. If you can't read the batch number then, of course, we'll still be happy for you to return this to any store.

If you've bought this for someone else would you please let them know about this as soon as possible. No other batch or No7 product is affected by this recall.
