Chewy texture, but taste isn't bad I tried the PhD diet cookie in white chocolate raspberry flavour. At 3g of sugars per cookie, it's good but not the best low-carb stats. The texture is very chewy, not cookie-chewy but protein chewy, though the taste isn't too bad at all. I wouldn't rate PhD as my favourite producers of protein treats, but they aren't the worst either! These ones contain L-Carnitine etc. which in their own right are supposed to support weight loss or aid with energy production from food...I'm never sure if the small amounts of these ingredients found in bars can really be effective...I buy the supplement versions and measure proper doses. I would buy this if my favourites weren't available! 17 August 2016
