Her ‘initiation’ into beauty therapy was at Spa NK and during this time she confirmed her interest in skincare and decided to become an expert facialist. She realised that the best skincare for her clients came from a tailor made regime with products that meet their individual needs.
Anastasia has worked as an ambassador for Olay for the last 4 years and in 2007 collaborated with Urban Retreat in Harrods launching their skincare range and becoming one of their British Beauty Experts.
Anastasia lives in North London with her fiancé and two cats called Ayapi (meaning 'my love' in Greek) and Gal (her mother’s choice!) Her favourite colour is white because it contains all the colours of the spectrum and wearing white makes her feel fresh, clean and bright.
My favourite beauty tip is more philosophical, as I believe that beauty
radiates from within, so when you are happy in yourself this radiates

2. What 3 products could you not live without?
I’ve never really followed fashion, so perhaps I am an original because
I try to wear whatever suits me, whether it’s in vogue or not! I did
(and still do) love shoes and my favourite pair were from Gina.
4. What has been your career highlight so far?
All the markets I helped influence when acting as an Olay ambassador and
developing her products for Harrod's Urban Retreat.

7. If you weren't in the beauty industry, what would you be doing?
I’d be working as an anthropologist.
8. What do you envisage being the 'next big thing' within beauty?
Because things have gone so extreme, I think more and more people will
want to get back to beauty basics.
10. What's the worst beauty myth you have ever heard and want to put straight?
That facial massages can ruin your skin! Some people believe in old
taboos like massaging the skin drags it and tears it, but skin is for
life and goes through extensive trauma e.g. the elements, sun, stress,
make-up and it still survives and massage increases circulation,
lymphatic drainage and boosts skin immunity.
