1. What is your favourite ever skincare tip?

It's so important to massage your skin, do this every time you cleanse and moisturise, light daily massage will keep skin toned and fresh and also encourage cell renewal, feed the body with oxygen and stimulate collagen production.

2. Give us your 3 desert island skincare essentials…
spf!!!! Its the most important skincare you can take away with you, rose water for calming and conditioning the skin and moisturiser...a must to keep skin as supple firm and moisturised as possible.

3. What are your skincare predictions for A/W 2008?

I think skincare will be organic, personalised and educated. With regards to educated I mean there are so many different products out there it's difficult to know what is right for you, so education is utmost, having someone being able to direct you regarding what's good for you, how to look after your skin and how to do a great daily skincare routine, educating will empower and enhance the client and make for better purchasing, great skin and happiness!!

4. What has been your career highlight so far?

Every day is a highlight, I have been fortunate enough to work within a great industry and with amazing people and am still doing it, so I guess the highlight of my career will be thought about when I stop!! Working with great actors like Cate Blanchett, Keira Knightley, Helen Mirren, Gwyneth Paltrow, Kate Moss, Anna Friel are all highlights.

5. What's the worst skin myth you have ever heard and want to put straight?

'You can skip toner, there is no need.....' I think toner or facial water is an important part of your skincare routine, it not only clears skin and rebalances for the next stage of your routine but refreshes and conditions skin.

6. Which celeb has fantastic skin in your opinion?

Cate Blanchett has amazing skin. It's clear, clean, toned, milky white, she looks after her skin daily and uses great products as well as doing massage whilst cleansing and moisturising.

7. What are your best self-tanning tips?

Always exfoliate before hand, moisturise elbows, knees, ankles and any other dry patches and get a professional to do it, keep it topped up by regular exfoliating and using a gradual tanning product.

8. What is the worst thing you can do to your skin to cause wrinkles?

Pulling the skin, not having a daily skincare routine, smoking, exposing to the sun without protection - all bad!

9. What do you do to relax?

I spend time with my family, I love larking around on the beach! I also spend lots of time on our allotment, my husband does most of the work but on a Sunday we picnic on the allotment and it takes HOURS to read the Sunday papers!!!
