Ready your credit card, the new must-have products are in!

From the new vibrating mascara to the fashion pack’s favourite lipstick, we’ve got the insider scoop on the hottest new products for autumn/winter. Race you to the check out…

The Fashion Pack’s Lipstick Choice

What: Revlon Black Cherry Lipstick

Why so hot? On all the stylish lips (models, beauty insiders, general fashionistas), it’s the lip shade right now. Not too dark, deliciously vampy, perfectly moisturising, it encapsulates this season’s dark lip look in one swift swipe. “If there’s one make-up staple to buy to update your beauty wardrobe, this has to be it,” says make-up artist Lucy Halperin.  Make like the beauty insiders and apply as a stain. Mwah!

The A-list Eye ‘Bling’

What: myface blingtones

Why so hot? It’s all about the foil-like gleam. Super-reflective with buildable shine and colour, these silky shades add a grown-up sheen to eyes – crucially without looking cheap. Perfect for the party season, they’ve already got the A-list seal of approval; make-up artist Charlotte Tilbury used the dark brown Morococo shade to create a shimmery brown eye on Demi Moore recently. We’re predicting sell-out status.

The Classic updated

What: Chanel No.5 Eau Premiere

Why so hot? It’s a twist on a classic – and it works. Die-hard fragrance fans may sniff at the notion of the world’s most famous fragrance getting a fresh interpretation, but Eau Premiere pulls it off. Still as sparkling and powdery, master perfumer Jacques Polge lends Eau Premiere a modern touch without losing the elements that made the original a classic.

The Vibrating Mascara

What: Lancôme Oscillation Mascara

Why so hot? It vibrates to do the work for you, micro-oscillating from side-to-side 7000 times a minute to mimic the tried and tested ‘zigzag’ mascara application most of us employ. The result? Enviable coverage; it coats each individual lash 360-degrees. Without clumps.

The Power Cleanser

What: Neutrogena Wave

Why so hot? The no. 1 cleansing product in the US thanks to its ‘power clean’ vibrating technology, this nifty handheld device employs disposable foaming pads to speed the cleansing foam into every nook and cranny for a seriously deep cleanse. Hitting shelves on the 24th November – watch this space!

The New Dream Cream

What: Dr Nick Lowe The Secret is Out Cream

Why so hot? Super-derm Nick Lowe is a perfectionist so this anti-ageing cream is packed with ingredients that deliver; new generation peptides, heavy-weight ferulic acid, power hydrators and antioxidants. Promising to help skin look replenished, more even-toned and younger with regular use, it’s our favourite new multi-tasking anti-ager.

The New Line Loser

What: Soap & Glory Wizard of Flaws

Why so hot? So brilliant we’ve dubbed it the ‘airbrush pen’, this magic luminising concealer merges cosmetic and skincare know-how. Kombuchka extract helps ‘fill in’ and plump the appearance of wrinkles, whilst light reflecting particles soften flaws and an anti-wrinkle peptide acts on the skin. Perfect redness and round-the-mouth wrinkles.
