Spend £20 or more and you can have your order delivered free to any of our 2400 participating stores nationwide

You can shop from home whenever you like and we'll text you to tell you when your order's ready to collect

Convenient

Your order will be available to collect from your chosen store in 3-5 working days, so you can pop in to pick it up whenever you're ready

1. Order online

Select your items and add them to your basket

The majority of items are available to collect, those that aren't are highlighted in your shopping basket

2. Choose a store

"Go to checkout" and select the store you'd like to collect from, and see the collection date

Enter your mobile number to receive a text when your order is ready to collect

3. Complete your order

Enter your details and complete the secure online payments process

Print off your order confirmation page or make a note of your order number

4. Collect in store

Your order will usually be ready to collect within 5 working days and we'll send you an email or text when your order arrives in store.

Terms & Conditions

  • A delivery charge of £1.95 will apply to any order of less than £20

  • Offer excludes gift boxing, delivery costs, infant formula, Other Shops and Boots Services (Insurance and Opticians).

  • If your order includes a heavy, bulky or over-sized item/s (which will be indicated when you click on the product and at the checkout), store collection will not be available.
