How to Use
Natalia Pre-natal Leg Refresher 60ml
Shake the bottle well and smooth some gel onto your feet and legs, gently stroking upwards towards your hips (avoid putting any pressure on or below varicose veins). Relax for 10 minutes with your feet raised higher than your hips. Use as necessary.
Natalia Pre-natal Anti-Stretch Butter 30ml
Melts on contact with skin and absorbs easily. Massage well into your tummy, upper thighs, buttocks and breasts twice a day throughout the 2nd and 3rd trimesters.
Natalia Pre-natal Beautiful Body Scrub 60ml
A gently exfoliating skin scrub to use in the bath or shower throughout the 2nd and 3rd trimesters. Scoop some into your hand, massage gently into your skin and then rinse with bath or shower water.
