Motorola MBP8 Digital Audio Baby Monitor 4.2 5 30 30
Basic but functional I have a more expensive and reliable monitor (Tommy Tippee) for main use in the bedroom, but bought this Motorola monitor for use when baby's on playmat in the lounge and the door is closed due to cats. The monitor is easy to use - both elements sit in the plug socket and are subtle. The sound quality is clear, and the lights clearly indicate what's happening if you have the volume down. My only criticism is that the connection seems to drop occasionally but comes back after a few seconds. We're ok with that as it's usually used during the day when baby and parents are awake. I might worry more if this was happening to the night time monitor. (It might be a fault, or something caused by our house - haven't had it checked.) Overall though, easy to use and inexpensive. 26 January 2013
Basic but functional I purchased this monitor for when I am away from home as a spare. It is very basic but works well. I wouldn't have this as my monitor for home as it is a plug in it is not very useful if you want to move around. Overall it is very reasonably priced and a good monitor. 22 March 2013
