Macmillan is dedicated to helping people affected by cancer but without support from volunteers and donations the charity wouldn't exist.

If you would like to support Macmillan, here are some of the ways you can get involved.

Fundraising and donations

You don't have to climb Kilimanjaro to fundraise - although our Boots colleagues did - if enjoying cake with friends is more your thing, why not host one of Macmillan's famous coffee mornings?

You can also give money by:

  • Making a one-off donation online
  • Setting up a direct debit
  • Leaving a legacy
"It feels good to know you're making a real difference!"
Neil Jones, Boots Manager

Volunteers make it possible for Macmillan to reach people affected by cancer throughout the country.

They help in numerous ways, including:

  • Spreading the word about Macmillan by handing out leaflets
  • Co-ordinating fundraising events
  • Supporting those who need help with daily activities like food shopping

Become a Cancer Voice

Becoming a Cancer Voice is a powerful way to make a true difference to people affected by cancer. By sharing your cancer experience, you can help Macmillan change the future of cancer care.

Macmillan campaigns to make life better for people with cancer. Ending hospital car parking charges is just one of the changes Macmillan is trying to bring about.

Macmillan's website has plenty of resources to help you start your own campaign.
