Lost, stolen or damaged Advantage Card

Lost, stolen or damaged Advantage Card? We'll replace your Advantage Card as quickly as we can.


There are two ways you can order a replacement Advantage Card:

1. Online

Laptop

If you've registered your Advantage Card online, the quickest way to get a replacement is to follow these simple steps:

  1. Click 'Advantage Card' at the top of the screen.
  2. Scroll down to 'My Advantage Card account'
  3. If you haven't already done so you will be prompted to sign in at this stage.
  4. Click 'Order a new card' and follow the instructions on screen.

2. Over the phone

If you are having trouble ordering your replacement Advantage Card online or your card is not registered, you can call the Advantage Card team on 0845 124 4545*.


What happens next?

  • You will receive your new card in 1-2 weeks.
  • In the meantime, if you are shopping in store, ask the cashier to validate your receipt so a member of staff can add your points to your account when your new card arrives.
  • You need to do this within 45 days of your receipt being validated.
  • You can carry on shopping on Boots.com as normal. All points collected will be added to your account.
  • We will also update the Advantage Card number on your Boots.com account.
  • Please note that you can no longer collect or spend points in store on your lost/stolen card.

* Please note we may record your calls to help maintain our high standards of service

Points are not available on prescription items, infant milks (up to six months), gift vouchers/cards, postage stamps, Boots Hearingcare, Boots Insurance (excluding travel insurance) and travel services (excluding travel money). Online points are not available on gift boxes and delivery charges.
