I bought this product after dying my hair platinum blonde, and now I wouldn't be without it! It's really easy to use, just like a normal shampoo except you have to leave it on for 2 minutes. Rather than the warming effect it says it gives, it is more of a cooling feeling you get, as though you've got menthol on your head! It tingles nicely and feels really refreshing. After first dying my hair it was extremely yellow, but after using this just once it was the perfect white blonde colour and I couldn't have been happier. I now use this every time I re-dye my hair and it keeps it looking bright and white, rather than yellow and brassy. The only slight negative is that it leaves my hair really static, but this is easily solved by following it with a deep conditioning treatment. You get 3 shots in a pack, and I only have to use them once every 4-6 weeks, depending on when I touch up my roots, so it works out at really good value. Highly recommended!
