We want your experience on Boots.com to be just like one of our stores - open when you need it to be and there to give you what you want - whether you need some quick, friendly advice when you're in a fix or you just want some 'me' time looking for your new favourite product.

To make this possible, we'd like you to talk to us by using the feedback icon at the top of any Boots.com page. You can let us know anything that's on your mind about our website or products, or just ask for some help if you're not sure what on earth the online shopping world is all about.

But, before you rush off to submit your thoughts, make a mental note to check back here every week. It's the only place where we'll let you know what everyone else has been saying and how we're using your feedback to change Boots.com for the better.


The 10th March Update:

We’ve been busy making changes to Boots.com over the last few weeks, including expanding our range of BIG products.

This means that if you’re looking to order difficult-to-carry essentials like mobility and daily living aids, or looking to help give your fitness some extra oomph with a treadmill or home rowing machine, you can get what you need on Boots.com. So far, we’ve had a lot of BIG, positive responses.

Otherwise, among the usual queries answered this week are baskets that are empty when they shouldn’t be, and a survey that we know isn’t always so easy to find.


Empty baskets

A few of you have experienced problems when adding items you want to buy on Boots.com to your virtual basket. This has mainly taken the form of items previously added to your basket not appearing.

There also seems to be the odd issue with browsers and baskets not mixing (i.e. when you’re using browsers such as safari to view Boots.com).

We are aware of these problems and looking to get them fixed as quickly as possible, so bear with us and we’re sorry for any inconvenience in the meantime.


Empathica empathy

We know our in-store survey, which you might see when you buy an item from a Boots store, isn’t best placed for you to find at the moment.

It’s a different url to Boots.com, www.bootscare.com, and there’s no easy way to link to this from Boots.com.

We’re looking at ways to get the necessary link onto our homepage so it’s clear and simple for you, but, for now, please click onto the Boots care website to complete your survey.
