  • How do I change my Advantage Card details?

  • How do I register my Advantage Card online?

      1. Click 'Boots Advantage Card' at the top of the screen.

      2. Scroll down to 'My Boots Advantage Card account'

      3. Enter your e-mail address in the 'register' box.

      4. Enter your details including your Boots Advantage Card number.

      If you've already registered your Boots Advantage Card details online, you can then update your personal details by following the steps below.

      1. Click 'My Boots Advantage Card account' to login

      2. Enter your e-mail address and password

      3.Click 'my personal details'

      4. Update the field required and press submit.

      Unfortunately you can't add a temporary Boots Advantage card to your Boots.com account but you can still collect Boots Advantage Card points, simply enter the card number including the letter 'T' into the Boots Advantage Card number section in your shopping basket before you make your payment. Once you have received your permanent Boots Advantage Card you can add the card number to your account using the steps above.

  • How do I collect Advantage Card points online?

    Once you've registered for Boots Advantage Card you can start collecting points on almost everything you buy.*


    There are two ways to collect points online:


    1. You can register your permanent Boots Advantage Card to your boots.com account. All you need to do is log in to your boots.com account and add the Boots Advantage Card to the boots.com account area. You must enter the card number and the date of birth the card is registered to.


    Boots Advantage Card points will be added to your Boots Advantage Card account when the order is charged.


    2. If you don't want to register the Boots Advantage Card to your account, you can just add the number to the basket at checkout.Boots Advantage Card points will be added to your Boots Advantage Card account when the order is charged.


    *Points are not given for prescription items, infant milks (up to 6 months), gift vouchers/evouchers or cards, postage stamps, mobile phone top-up cards, gift boxes, at our 'third party sites' including Boots Kitchen appliances, on Boots Opticians products and services, Boots Hearingcare or on Travel Services and Boots Insurance

  • How do I spend my Advantage Card points online?

    • 1 point = 1 penny to spend on almost anything* in store and online at Boots.com
    • To spend points on Boots.com you must first register your Boots Advantage Card
    • You must have enough points on your Boots Advantage Card account to cover the cost of the products you wish to purchase, you cannot pay for an order using a mixture of Boots Advantage Card points and an eGift voucher
    • You will need a permanent Boots Advantage Card to be able to spend your points, to sign-up for a permanent Boots Advantage Card go to sign-up now
    • You cannot spend Boots Advantage Card points with our third party retailers, including Boots Kitchen Appliances
    • You can select whether to pay for a product with points or £s when viewing products in your basket
    • You can use Boots Advantage Card points to pay for items on our Christmas 3 for 2 offer and the Star gift offer, please note you will need enough points to cover the cost of the order
    • If you would like to buy a range of products from Boots.com but only have enough points to cover the cost of one of the items you can do the following:

    1.Move the items you would like to pay for in £s to 'Purchase Later', there is a tick box next to each item in your basket. 2.Select pay with points for the item you would like to pay for with your Boots Advantage Card points.3.If you have enough points on your Boots Advantage Card account you can choose whether you pay for your delivery with points or £s, we will highlight all your delivery options that you can pay for with Boots Advantage Card points. If you have spent £40 or over you will qualify for our free delivery service. 4.You can then go onto 'Purchase later'** and buy your remaining items with £s, if you complete this transaction within 24hrs of the first purchase you will receive 'free delivery+'.

  • I have a new replacement Advantage Card, how do I update my Boots.com account?

    If you have a replacement Boots Advantage Card your account should automatically be updated.

    If your account has not been updated, please follow the below steps to change your card number

    Log into your Boots.com account

    Click into My Advantage Card Account

    Click My Personal Details

    Click Remove from Boots.com account

    You will then be able to add your new Boots Advantage Card number into the Boots.com account section

  • Why can't I register the temporary Advantage Card I received in store to my Boots.com account?

    Unfortunately, you can't currently register your temporary Boots Advantage Card with Boots.com.

    However, you can still collect points online by entering your temporary Boots Advantage Card number on the Basket page when you are making a purchase. Your temporary Boots Advantage Card number starts with a T and then either the 9, 16 or 19 digit number on the back of your temporary Boots Advantage Card .

    All you need to do to update your new card with your points balance is enter your temporary Boots Advantage card number into the application form and we will update your details for you.

  • How do I collect points with my temporary Advantage Card?

    There is a temporary paper Boots Advantage Card on the front of your application form. When you're in store, simply hand this over when you pay at the till and your points will be added automatically to your temporary Boots Advantage Card account.

    To collect points online, you will need to enter your temporary Boots Advantage Card number at the checkout when you are making a purchase. The number is located on the back of your temporary Boots Advantage Card. Unfortunately you cannot register your temporary card on Boots.com, you will need to wait for your permanent Boots Advantage Card to arrive.

    Points for a Boots.com order are awarded to your temporary Boots Advantage card number and will be transferrred automatically when you register for your permanent Boots Advantage Card.

  • How do I collect points when shopping on online?

    There are a number of ways in which you can collect points online:
    Collect 4 points for every £1 you spend on almost everything you buy on Boots.com.*
    The number of points collected through third party websites can vary. Please check individual sites for details.*
    Your points will be automatically uploaded on to your Boots Advantage Card account five days after you make your purchase at Boots.com.
    Points awarded from other third party retailers may take longer. Please refer to the relevant websites for full details.

  • I have bought an item using my points, am I still entitled to a refund?

    Yes, if you are taking an item back into store, please ensure you bring the Boots Advantage Card which was used in the transaction with you so the points can be credited back onto the account. Our usual refund policy applies for the item.

  • I have a Republic of Ireland (ROI) Advantage Card, can I use it in the UK?

    ROI Advantage Cards cannot be used in the Boots stores in the UK. If you want to change your details over the phone or have any questions with your ROI Advantage Cards please contact 1 890 200085.

  • Can I use my UK Advantage Card in the Republic of Ireland?

    UK Advantage Cards cannot be used in Boots stores in ROI.

  • How do I collect points in store with my Advantage Card?

    When you get to the till, hand your Boots Advantage Card to the cashier together with what you are buying. Your Advantage Card points will be instantly added to your Advantage Card.

    Some items are excluded from the Boots Advantage Card points offer, these are:

    Infant milk (under 6 months)

    Stamps

    Gift vouchers or cards

    Mobile top ups

    Boots Hearing Care

    Travel services and Boots Insurance

  • Can I still collect my points instore if I have forgotten my Advantage Card?

    If you are shopping in store and you have forgotten your Boots Advantage Card, ask the store colleague to validate your receipt when you make a purchase. If a receipt is validated you can bring it in to any Boots store with your Boots Advantage Card and the points can be transferred from your receipt onto your card. This must be done within 45 days of making the purchase.
