  • Where can I find information on stores?

    You can use our Store Locator by clicking on the link below. This will give you the address, telephone number and opening times of the store.

    All of our stores have individual opening times which is why we advise customers to use the Store Locator link above to search for a specific store. Please note that you have to open the specific store details to obtain the store opening times.

    You can also search for stores that offer different services and products. To do this enter a postcode or the name of the town and click expand, put a tick into the specific selection you require and click find. This stores that match your selections will be displayed.

  • I am not happy with a product I've purchased instore, what shall I do?

    Unfortunately Boots.com cannot accept returns for goods purchased in store. You can return the item to any Boots store. If you have the receipt we can offer you a refund, giftcard or exchange.Without a receipt we can only offer you an exchange. For the safety of all our customers, we can't accept the return of medicines, food and cosmetics unless faulty.

  • A product I have purchased instore is out of guarantee but it is faulty, what can I do?

    If you have a Boots product that is out of guarantee that has become faulty we will need details of the product, the date the item was purchased, the receipt as confirmation the item was purchased from Boots and what the specific fault is.
    Once you have this information, please visit your local store for further advice or contact our Customer Care team.

    If you have another branded product that is out of guarantee that has become faulty you will need to contact the manufacturer to progress this.

  • I have had a poor experience instore, what do I do?

    If you received a poor experience in store we would suggest first of all speaking directly to the store manager to voice your concerns. If you would like to give our Customer Care team feedback on your experience then please contact us

  • I was overcharged instore, what should I do?

    If you have been overcharged in store, please contact the store directly to resolve. Please ensure that you keep your receipt and products purchased. Store Locator.

  • Do you offer student discount in store?

    We don't offer any kind of discount to specific customer groups such as students.

  • I have lost my Boots Giftcard, how do I get a new one?

    We are unable to replace giftcards if they are lost. They need to be treated like cash. However, we are able to terminate your giftcard if you have the full card number printed on the back of the card. This will stop anybody from being able to use the card.

    If you have the full card number, please contact our Giftcard team on 0845 120 5677 and they will be able to action this for you.

  • Can I place an order to store and pay when I collect?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer a reserve and collect service on Boots.com. This is because we have a far greater product range online compared to our stores.

    However, we do offer a collect from store service which allows you to complete and pay for your order online and then collect your parcel from over 2400 store. You will be informed of an estimated date of delivery when placing your order.

    If you wish to pay for an order using a Gift Card or Love 2 Shop vouchers or cards you will need to place an order at the till instore and pay using your chosen payment method. The order will then be delivered to your chosen delivery address. You will be informed of an estimated date of delivery when placing your order.
