  • How do I join Parenting Club?

    You can sign up to the Boots Parenting Club in store, online or over the phone. To sign up for extra benefits in store, simply complete the relevant sections of the Advantage Card application form ensuring you include your Advantage Card number (If you are not an Advantage Card holder then complete the entire form).
    To sign up online, you will need to register with Boots.com and sign up for, or register your Boots Advantage Card. During your Advantage Card application, you'll get the chance to click through to sign up to Parenting Club. If you already have a Boots.com account and a Boots Advantage Card, you will need to log-in to your account and click the Parenting Club links.
    Alternatively please call the Advantage Card team on 0345 124 4545* who will be happy to help you sign up to any extra benefits that you are eligible for.

    Once you have signed up you will receive a welcome pack. Your welcome pack will arrive in 4-6 weeks. In your welcome pack you will receive a welcome magazine, a collection of special offers and discounts.

    You will continue to receive emails of you and your baby's progress along with regular magazines until your child is 2 years old.

  • Why aren't I receiving my 10 points for every £1 for Parenting Club instore?

    When you receive your welcome pack you will receive a voucher which must be taken into store and scanned in at the till. This will activate the 10 points deal onto your Boots Advantage Card. If you have lost this voucher then speak to a colleague in store and they will be able to activate the points deal at the till.

  • Why aren't I receiving my 10 points for every £1 for Parenting Club online?

    Please make sure you have registered your details correctly online and your account recognises you as a member of the Parenting Club, otherwise, please call Customer Care on 0345 124 4545 and they will be able to assist you.

  • How do I leave the Parenting Club Scheme?

    If you want stop being a member of Boots Parenting Club, you can either amend your details on Boots.com or contact Customer Care on 0345 124 4545*.
