  • How can I register, cancel or change my organ donor status via Advantage Card?

    Boots Organ Donor registration is run in partnership with NHS Blood and Transplant.

    If you would like to amend your details, register specific organs, or remove yourself from the NHS Organ Donor Register please contact the Organ Donor Line on 0300 123 23 23 or go to their website: http://www.organdonation.nhs.uk If you would also like the symbol removing from your Boots Advantage Card please contact the Boots Advantage Card team on 0345 124 4545

  • I have a temporary Advantage Card but want a permanent one, what do I do?

    If you have already completed a Boots Advantage Card application form, your permanent Advantage Card should be on its way. This normally takes around 1-2 weeks. If you completed an application form more than 2 weeks ago, please contact customer care on 0345 124 4545, they will be able to check your account to ensure your permanent card is sent to you.

    If you would like to change to a permanent Boots Advantage Card online you will need to click on the Advantage Card, fill in the application form and enter your temporary Boots Advantage Card number including the T and then submit your form. Your permanent Boots Advantage Card number normally takes around 1-2 weeks.

  • What happens if my Advantage Card is lost, stolen or damaged?

    If your Boots Advantage Card is lost, stolen or damaged we can send you a replacement Advantage Card and transfer the Advantage Card points from your old card straight onto your new one. To report a lost or stolen card follow these instructions:

    1. Sign in to Boots.com

    2.Click on 'My Advantage Card Account'

    3. Click on 'order new card' in the left hand navigation.

    4. Follow the instructions on this page.

    If you do not have a Boots.com account or you cannot locate your Boots Advantage Card number, you can contact our Customer Care team and ask them to replace your Boots Advantage Card.

  • Where is my permanent Advantage Card?

    If you have already completed a Boots Advantage Card application form your permanent Boots Advantage Card should be on its way. This normally takes around 1-2 weeks. If it is more than 2 weeks since you applied, please call the Boots Advantage Card team on 0345 124 4545.

  • I have received my permanent card, what happens with my points on my temporary card?

    All of your points should have been credited to your account. If you do not think this has happened please call Customer Care on 0345 124 4545

    Please destroy your temporary Advantage Card as soon as you have received your permanent Boots Advantage Card in the post.

  • How do I collect points with my temporary Advantage Card?

    There is a temporary paper Boots Advantage Card on the front of your application form. When you're in store, simply hand this over when you pay at the till and your points will be added automatically to your temporary Boots Advantage Card account.

    To collect points online, you will need to enter your temporary Boots Advantage Card number at the checkout when you are making a purchase. The number is located on the back of your temporary Boots Advantage Card. Unfortunately you cannot register your temporary card on Boots.com, you will need to wait for your permanent Boots Advantage Card to arrive.

    Points for a Boots.com order are awarded to your temporary Boots Advantage card number and will be transferrred automatically when you register for your permanent Boots Advantage Card.

  • Why haven't I received Advantage Card offers through the post recently?

    You must be registered to receive mailings. You can check you are registered in the My Preferences section of your Boots Advantage card account online. You will also need to check we have the correct address for you. Boots Advantage Card mailings are sent at random and based on your shopping habits. Not all mailings are sent to all customers.

  • What does Boots do with my Advantage card data?

    We only share your details with companies in the Alliance Boots group and businesses that process Boots Advantage Card information on our behalf (in the UK and abroad), for example to produce your Boots Advantage Card and print our mailings. We will analyse your purchase history to provide you with relevant and personalised offers, information and advice, in helping you to choose products that are right for you.   • Can I use more than one Advantage card coupon at a time?

    You can only use one coupon per order unless otherwise stated.

    To add the coupon onto your order you need to check that your coupon has a Boots.com code that can be added to your basket. This code will be a mixture of numbers and letters and is entered in the Promotion Code box.

  • Can you resend my Advantage Card coupons?

    I'm afraid we are unable to resend lost, stolen or damaged coupons. You can get extra coupons in store at our Extra Offers kiosk.

    As our Boots Advantage card reward scheme is becoming more and more popular we are unable to send out coupons as often as we have in the past, we try to send out coupons as regularly as possible but if you have not received any Boots Advantage card coupons recently we would suggest you check your details have been updated. If this is not the case, then we would suggestion you contact our Customer Care team.

  • Can I use more than one Total spend voucher in a single transaction?

    Only one Total Spend Voucher or Double Points Voucher can be used in a single transaction and only providing the total spend stated has been reached.

    If you have any other Boots Advantage Card coupons or vouchers that can be used online you will only receive that offer once i.e. 500 points if you spend over £50 but you spend £110 you will receive the 500 points for the first £50 and then 4 points per £1 for the rest of your transaction.

  • Do I have to register to be able to use an Extra Offers Kiosk?

    No. You can use any Extra Offers Kiosk as long as you have a permanent Boots Advantage Card

  • How do I find my nearest Extra Offers Kiosk?

    Go to www.boots.com/storelocator, click expand and simply type in your post code, select the Extra Offers Kiosk option and click on "Find" to see you nearest store with a Boots Advantage Card Extra Offers Kiosk.

  • How do I update my details using an Extra Offers Kiosk?

    Simply insert your permanent Boots Advantage Card and on the main menu press the 'my details' button, then follow the instructions on the screen.

  • Why doesn't my local store have an Extra Offers Kiosk?

    We've selected our larger Boots stores to house our Extra Offers Kiosks because they have a wider range of products than our smaller stores and therefore we can increase the number of offers available to you. Coupons can be used in any Boots stores as long as the coupon has not expired and the product is stocked.

  • My friend used the Extra Offers Kiosk and received different offers to me. Why is that?

    The offers made available to you are based on your Boots Advantage Card purchasing history at Boots. We try our best to tailor our offers to what we think may be of interest to you.

  • What do I do if my points balance is incorrect?

    If you have placed an order on Boots.com it will take a few days for your points balance to be updated. The points will be added when payment is taken for the order.

  • Can you add points onto my card?

    There is no option to add Boots Advantage Card points onto your Boots Advantage Card on Boots.com.

    If you forget your Boots Advantage Card when you go into store simply ask a store colleague to validate your reciept when you pay for your products. Present this validated reciept (within 45 days) along with your Boots Advantage Card at your nearest Boots store and we can add your Boots Advantage Card points onto your card.

  • How do I check my points balance in-store?

    There's an Boots Advantage Card points statement at the bottom of your till receipt, which will tell you how many points you have collected with each purchase and what they're worth to spend on products in store. You can also find out your balance at the Extra Offers Kiosk.

    To check your Boots Advantage Card points online, you'll need to sign up to Boots.com and register your Boots Advantage Card to your account. Once registered and logged in, your points balance will show at the top of the page underneath ' Boots Advantage Card'
