Developed by experts, smokers and ex-smokers, the NHS Quit Kit is packed with practical tools and advice to help you quit smoking for good.

You can pick up a free NHS Quit Kit from Boots pharmacies in participating stores from December 28 2012 to March 31 2013, subject to availability

The NHS Quit Kit offer is available in England only. You can pick up your free kit from pharmacies in participating stores*. When your NHS Quit Kit is scanned at the till, we will give you a 50p off coupon for you to use on any stop smoking products. *Terms and conditions apply. While stocks last.


Extra help and support

We know quitting isn't easy so if you need extra help please visit the NHS Smokefree website for information on all the options available to help you.

These include local NHS Stop Smoking Services, which offer individual or group sessions for face-to-face advice with trained NHS advisers; the NHS Smokefree Facebook page for online support from trained advisers and other quitters; or get tips sent to your mobile to help you stay motivated by texting TIPS to 63818.
