Like a drop of perfume behind the ear, at the nape of the neck, or in the décolleté, blending seamlessly into the skin to create a unique scent, Guerlain has left its mark on the history of modern fragrance.
The Maison's series of olfactory creations tell tales both real and imagined, inspired by romantic encounters, literary classics and journeys to distant lands. Examples include Shalimar, Habit Rouge and, more recently,
La Petite Robe Noire.
An unparalleled range of fragrances to indulge the senses.
A LEGENDARY ADDRESS
The Guerlain fragrance house was founded in 1828 by Pierre-Francois-Pascal Guerlain, who opened the first boutique at the heart of the French capital, at 42 rue de Rivoli.
Four generations of perfumers have since succeeded him in holding the creative reigns and conjuring over 800 fragrances, of which La Petite Robe Noire, Shalimar and Habit Rouge are just a few shining examples. Today, the Maison's rich heritage is embodied by an iconic showcase: 68, Champs-Elysées. A legendary address for a unique brand.
GUERLAIN PERFUMER SINCE 2008
His predecessors were all called Guerlain. His name is Wasser. But, talent is thicker than blood, and it was thanks to his own that Thierry Wasser was chosen as a worthy successor to the line of Guerlain perfumers.
A rare and distinctive creator with the unmistakable mindset of a true craftsman, Thierry Wasser continues Guerlain's bold tradition of combing the world for the most exclusive raw materials.
A QUEST FOR THE BEAUTIFUL
Since 1828, Guerlain has constantly redefined the boundaries of aesthetic exploration, discovering, innovating and enhancing the realms of fragrance, skincare and make-up. Engaged in an insatiable quest for the beautiful, the Maison never ceases to draw on its unique expertise to reveal and enhance the true beauty of women.
